가. 수험생 유의사항

A. Applicant Notes

• 제출서류는 주요 평가 자료이므로 가능한 구체적으로 작성하여 제출
• Submitted documents are key evaluation materials. Provide as much specific information as possible.
• 접수된 서류는 일체 반환하지 않음
• Submitted documents will not be returned.
• 입학 지원서는 이메일로만 접수할 수 있으며, 마감일 이후에는 취소나 지원 사항 수정이 불가함
• Applications are accepted by email only. Applications cannot be cancelled or amended after the deadline.
• 지원 과정은 1개만 선택하며, 접수 후에는 변경할 수 없음
• Select only one programme. Your selection cannot be changed after submission.
• 가산점·우선선발 항목에 "있음"으로 표시한 경우 증빙서류(수료증, 경력증명서 등)를 함께 제출해야 하며, 증빙이 없으면 반영하지 않음
• If you indicate eligibility for additional points or priority selection, include supporting documents such as completion certificates or employment records. Unsupported claims will not be considered.
• 기재 내용이 사실과 다르거나 부정한 방법으로 합격한 사실이 발견될 경우 입학허가를 취소할 수 있음
• Admission may be cancelled if false information or improper means of securing admission are discovered.
• 최종합격자는 등록기간 내에 대학에서 고지하는 등록금을 납부해야 하며, 미이행 시 입학허가를 취소함
• Successful applicants must pay the tuition specified by the university within the registration period. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission.
• 본 전형의 평가 내용 및 성적은 일절 공개하지 않음
• Evaluation details and scores will not be disclosed.
• 과정 이수 후 IB Educator Certificate(IBEC)는 이수자가 IB 본부에 개별 신청하여 발급받아야 하며(본교는 이수 확인만 제공), 신청 수수료는 개인 부담임
• After completing the programme, graduates must apply individually to the IB organization for the IB Educator Certificate (IBEC) and pay the application fee themselves. The university provides confirmation of programme completion only.

나. 전형료 반환사유 및 금액

B. Application Fee Refunds: Reasons and Amounts

• 착오로 과납한 경우: 과납한 금액
• Accidental overpayment: the amount overpaid.
• 대학의 귀책사유로 응시하지 못한 경우: 납부한 입학전형료 전액
• Inability to participate due to circumstances attributable to the university: the full application fee.
• 천재지변으로 응시하지 못한 경우: 납부한 입학전형료 전액
• Inability to participate due to a natural disaster: the full application fee.
• 질병, 사고, 입원 또는 본인 사망으로 응시하지 못한 경우: 증빙 가능 시 전액
• Inability to participate due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or the applicant's death: a full refund upon provision of supporting documentation.
• 법령에 의거 입학전형 관련 수입·지출에 따른 잔액 반환
• Any remaining balance from admission-related income and expenditure will be refunded as required by applicable regulations.

• 학교를 직접 방문하는 방법
• Visit the university in person.
• 반환 대상자가 지정하는 금융기관의 계좌로 이체하는 방법
• Receive a transfer to an account designated by the refund recipient.
• 금융기관 전산망 이용 비용은 차감될 수 있으며, 비용이 반환 금액 이상이면 반환하지 않을 수 있음
• Bank transfer costs may be deducted. If those costs equal or exceed the refund amount, no refund may be made.
